I am an attorney in good standing with the NYS bar, attended Columbia Law School, and earlier Studied Maths, Biology, and Religion. I was raised working in a small family scrap metal business. I’m experienced with drafting and commenting upon securities investment documentation and I provide advice for seed and early round startup investment
My legal background comprises an eclectic mix of corporate bankruptcy (Lehman/Bear/AIG), securities-derivatives litigation, transaction IP licensing, Various large Corporate Litigation ( Paul Weiss) and securities transactions, investment documentation, and KYC/compliance work (worked on at large in the cryptosphere). My experience with Crypto-markets dates back to the Senate Hearings in 2013 and Working with Crypto Venture Capital such as the DNA fund, headed by Brock Pierce in 2017. My particular focus now is tokenization, product market fit and the application of international securities regulations in the Real World Asset space, as a co-founder of Chateau.Capital. I also have a particular interest in The Network State and Charter/Sovereign/Edge City movement.
